The RC-XL line of hot melt coating rolls was specifically designed for extra large coating lengths for markets such as caravan and truck trailers. Typical lengths of steel coating 3,200 mm. The scrolls are fired through recirculated oil. The system is controlled via PLC with HMI touch screen.
