Fin-Diemme provide a wide range of auomtation and handling equipment including robotics, pick & place systems, assembly benches, coil unwinds / rewinds and conveyoring systems.
Fin- Diemme produce all adhesive application methods including spray, bead, multi-bead, slot head application and roller coating application to suit the majority of adhesive types including hot-melt (Polyurethane, EVA, Polyamide, Polyester, Pressure Sensitive) , one two and three component liquid systems (Polyurethane, Epoxy, UF Resin, PVA, EVA), materials with viscositys ranging from very low to pasty and adhesives with curing speeds from a few seconds to many hours.
Fin-Diemme produce a wide range of press types to compliment the adhesive application technology. Systems include, servo driven presses for automotive assembly application, nip roller and belt conveyor presses for panel assembly and heated injection molding presses for the production of molded components.
Aside from the more typical adhesive application methods Fin-Diemme also project specialist equipment both for the application of adhesives and ancillary equipment.
