Dosing station for the application of two component Polyurethane adhesive where the A (Resin) Component is very high viscosity and the B (Hardener) component is Low to High viscosity.
Configuration:
- 2 x 20Ltr Piston Transfer Pumps (High Viscosity).
- 2 x Gear Pump Precision Dosing systems.
Each machine is available with a variety of options and can be tailored to suit your exact requirements. Examples of some options that can be included are: Mass flow metering systems, Controlled ambient environments, Heated / Chilled supply hoses, Fltering systems.
