The semi-automatic panel positioner Mod. SPP helps to simplify the assembling of the laminated panels for either single or double side applications.
The Mod. SPP receives the glued panels directly from the glue spreader, the panel is then driven forwards on the panel positioner contacting only the tapered rollers that have minimum or no contact with the glue, the panel continues until it hits the pneumatic stop. With a pneumatic lever control the operator removes the stop and at the same time automatically opens the carriage and the panel falls onto the panel laminate already positioned under the panel by the operator. The top laminate can then be applied lining up easily up to the rest of the panel.
The assembled panel then continues directly into the pinch roller allowing a semi continuous process.
