This station is a bepoke station developed to measure the final dimensions of the headlamp exterior versus the fixing bolts to ensure a perfect alignment in the final vehicle assembly.The headlamp fixture rotates on a single axis allowing the dimensions to be measured and then rotated for manual adjustment, the adjustment is controlled via the PLC automatically adjusting the rotation to meet the required registered position.
