Fin-Diemme product a wide variety of test stations to meet the customers exact requirements. To maximise the operators time a roating table is used allowing additional operations to take place in the load/unload position whilst the testing cycle is taking place such as the fixing of other components. In this station high level camera's are used to detect LED and OLED functionality, brightness and colour along with other electronic tests of the components inside the part using LIN communication to enable / disable the parts functions. Additional features are incorporated including Vision Sensors to detect the presence of internal components and controlled screwdriver with ergonomic arm for component assembly in the operator load position.
