RCA range combines Hot roller coating technology with servo axis technology used to transport the material to be coated through the coating roller and returning the coated product to the same load/unload point. The carrier can utlilise interchangeable upper fixtures tailored to different products if required. The carrier can house different additional options to hold material inclulding pincer needles to grip textiles such as carpet, vacuum for non porous materials. The system can work with very thin material and removes the risk of material attaching to the coating roller. The open roller technology is ideal for easy cleaning particularly when using less stable reactive systems such as Polyurethane reactive hotmelts.
