RCC roller coater is a heated roller coater for the aplication or both reactive and thermoplastic hotmelts. The roller is typically mounted into an axis to provide a compact adhesive coating system with very fast cycle times. The RCC is a knife over rollers system to allow precise coat weight control, the knife movment is via fest linear drives controlled by the station PLC for easy control. The head can be easily removed from the station for maintenance and is simple to assemble.
