The RCM Multi Roller is based on the standard RC hot melt roller coaters designed for the application of hot applied adhesives and coatings including Reactive Polyurethanes, Polyolefins, EVA and pressure sensitives.
The multi roller system combines application, dosing and counter pressure roller together with three pairs of pressing rollers (depending on application requirment) all within one station. All rollers have independent brushless motor drive with encoder feedback to the PLC for precision variable speed control.
Multiple nip rollers can be set at different heights which can be particularly usefull for foam materials or for materials requiring multiple presses to consolidate the bond.
The rollers can be supplied with either steel of silicone appliction rollers. Features include; recirculated hot oil heating, full line touch screen PLC control, auto height adjustment, programmable recipes, mechanical suspension system, variable rubber shore hardness to suit application requirments.
