The RCPU is designed as a convenient solution to smaller width and thinner material roller coating applications. With a range varying from 200-620mm wide this system can be used for both hot and cold roller applications and depending on roller choice it can be sued for full coverage of dot matrix/gravere roller applications. The system works as a knife over roller application and in comobination with a PLC that drives a motor to vary the knife position allows the operator both the complexity in application and simplicy of use.
