The IAC.VC tank melter comes in two sizes 30 and 50Ltr depending on the IAC line model where it will be installed. Adhesive ganules are loaded into the tank where the adhesive is melted and fed via gear pump to the roller coating system. The material is maintained at pressure in the system with pressure relief back to the tank to ensure quick response when flow is required. The system comes complete with 1 x heated hose and applicator head.
For IPS padding applications use the model IPS.VC30 modified to be used with up to 6 x heated hose and 6 heated guns complete with encoder to be mounted into the thermoforming line for high speed dosing applications into the trays as they index forward. The pressure in the line and the pump speed can be regulated to obtain the desired application.
An automatic granule transfer system is available as an option for all tank melters.
