The Rapid Spray Line was developed by Fin-Diemme to be retro fit into existing continuous panel laminating lines typically for the production of Mineral wool, PUR or Polystyrene core and steel skin panels. The adhesive used in this type of production is both fast curing, as low as 10 second pot-life and highly foaming and therefore both the mixing and spray (or bead) application has beend designed to accomodate this. The axis system can be easily added to the line and is completely extractable for the line for easy maintenance.
